Jenny is an excellent trainer, always encouraging and positive. My sessions are tailored to my needs and Jenny varies them regularly to stop it becoming boring. My sessions usually include weights and cardiovascular work, as well as agility, balance and elements of Pilates and yoga. Jenny has prepared programs for me to do at home and has also advised me on nutrition and healthy eating.”
